Although the hotel could use some improvements, such as a needed revamp inside, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, comfortable, and cozy. On the downside, I had to leave early without a refund since I was charged beforehand through Booking.

The hotel is situated in an open area and provides shuttle services every 15 minutes, offering convenience.

The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, matching the standards of 5-star hotels in the Clock Tower. The service is supportive and helpful, with free transportation to Al Haram every 15 minutes. The location is convenient and close to Al Haram, though the room could have been cleaner upon arrival. The dining options are acceptable considering the affordable price, but could offer more variety for international guests. Overall, a good value for money stay.

I had booked 3 rooms for my group, but unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty and in desperate need of renovation. On a positive note, they were equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the reception were helpful once we were in our rooms.

The hotel offered us a spacious and clean room with ample toiletries and exceptionally courteous staff, making our stay enjoyable. However, we faced issues with the shower only providing slightly warm water and feeling as cold as a refrigerator at times.

The hotel had an interconnected room layout that was not up to the usual 5-star standards. The location was excellent with frequent shuttle bus service, but the lighting was terrible despite no unpleasant smell.
