Reviews and Ratings
Despite some minor drawbacks like the room not being ready upon arrival and issues with temperature control, my stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The service was exceptional, especially the helpful and understanding staff. The location was convenient, although a bit distant from the main attractions. The dining experience fell short in terms of variety and quality. However, the hotel offers free transportation and other useful services.
The hotel owner seems more focused on business than providing professional service. The rooms felt extremely cold, like sleeping in a refrigerator, and unfortunately were allotted to another customer.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and cooperative. The location was great, with easy access and a free shuttle service. The dining experience was tasty, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel offers rooms that are very old, not well furnished, and humble overall, but are to a nice standard similar to 5-star hotels near the clock tower. Unfortunately, they are not soundproofed and lighting can be terrible. The location is up the street, great with a 24/7 shuttle bus, but far from Haram. Dining can be a disaster with basic, low-quality, and sometimes smelly food.
The hotel seems more focused on being a business than providing a professional service. The non-smoking floor rooms have a strong smell of cleaning chemicals. The service is accommodating, especially Imran who went above and beyond to assist us. The location is a bit far from the bus parking area, but it's in a less crowded neighborhood. The dining options lack variety compared to other hotels. The facilities are standard.
Although the hotel could use some improvements, such as a needed revamp inside, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, comfortable, and cozy. On the downside, I had to leave early without a refund since I was charged beforehand through Booking.
The hotel is situated in an open area and provides shuttle services every 15 minutes, offering convenience.
The hotel offers clean and modern rooms, matching the standards of 5-star hotels in the Clock Tower. The service is supportive and helpful, with free transportation to Al Haram every 15 minutes. The location is convenient and close to Al Haram, though the room could have been cleaner upon arrival. The dining options are acceptable considering the affordable price, but could offer more variety for international guests. Overall, a good value for money stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near Al Haram and offers accommodative service, though room privacy may be an issue due to thin walls. The dining experience can be improved, and cleanliness in the rooms might need more attention.
I had booked 3 rooms for my group, but unfortunately, the rooms were very dirty and in desperate need of renovation. On a positive note, they were equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the reception were helpful once we were in our rooms.
The hotel offered us a spacious and clean room with ample toiletries and exceptionally courteous staff, making our stay enjoyable. However, we faced issues with the shower only providing slightly warm water and feeling as cold as a refrigerator at times.
The hotel had an interconnected room layout that was not up to the usual 5-star standards. The location was excellent with frequent shuttle bus service, but the lighting was terrible despite no unpleasant smell.
